⚡ Clean & Efficient Energy Use
To minimize dependency on non-renewable resources, Amna Industries has invested heavily in clean energy and energy-efficient systems:
- Self-Generation Power Plant: We operate our own Prime Power Plant to ensure uninterrupted power supply, reducing reliance on the national grid and enhancing energy efficiency across all departments.
- Solar Energy: Our solar panel installation generates up to 2.39 megawatts, supplying approximately 30% of our total energy consumption through renewable sources.
- Waste Heat Recovery Boilers: These systems capture and reuse heat from industrial processes to generate saturated steam for our dyeing and processing units—reducing emissions and optimizing fuel use.
💧 Water Stewardship
Textile processing is water-intensive, and we take serious steps to ensure our water usage is responsible, consistent, and safe:
- Reverse Osmosis Treatment: We utilize subsoil water, which is treated through state-of-the-art reverse osmosis (RO) systems before being used in our dyeing processes. This ensures water purity and protects natural surface water sources.
- Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETP): Our in-house ETP treats all industrial wastewater to meet stringent environmental standards before safe discharge. This prevents harmful pollutants from entering the ecosystem and demonstrates our commitment to being a zero-burden operation.
- Water Recycling & Reuse: Ongoing efforts are in place to reuse treated water where feasible, further enhancing efficiency and reducing overall water consumption.
🌱 Sustainable Materials & Eco-Friendly Processing
Our sustainability vision also extends to raw materials and chemical use:
- Eco-Friendly Dyeing: We utilize low-impact dyes and water-saving dyeing methods to reduce chemical usage and improve fabric safety.
- Organic & Recycled Fibers: Amna Industries offers GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, and other eco-conscious materials to help our partners build greener collections.
- Minimal Waste Production: Fabric waste from cutting is collected and recycled wherever possible, and production processes are optimized to reduce material loss.
🌐 Our Vision for a Greener Future
