Conceived in 2001, we began our journey as a small spinning and weaving unit in the Alkaram group of companies. Evolving through time, we are now an independently owned company and have invested in a state of the art processing unit for knitted fabric and a vertical spinning mill.

Today, our spinning mills has 37,500 spindles and produce ring spun yarn ranging from a count of Ne 8’s to Ne 80’s. We also have 1,800 rotors in which we produce yarn using a blend of fresh and recycled cotton for specific terry products. We have recently made an investment in new machines in Preparatory, Ring Spinning and Finishing departments in Spinning. We also have recently invested in 5 sets state of the art Two for One Twister machines to cater to the Doubled yarn requirement for various end uses in the industry as well.

We have the top branded machines in our spinning department and have made a name for ourselves in the market as one of the top hosiery, weaving and towel yarn manufacturing facilities. Constant upgrades ensure that we keep ourselves at the front of the pack. Each batch of cotton and yarn undergoes a rigorous testing procedure before being introduced into the market.

We can produce CmiA (certified) and BCI cotton yarn along with having the following list of certifications:

ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.

Our dyeing department is capable of producing 40 tons/day of either open width or tubular knitted fabric. We have the latest low liquorsoft flow dyeing machines in our wet processing department while our state of the art finishing machines ensure consistent dyeing andimmaculately soft hand feel. To ensure versatility, we have developed the capability which allows us to finish all kinds of fabric including fleece, lycra, pique and blended fiber fabric. With our recently added machines we have achieved our vision of being the most diverse knits processing house of southern Pakistan.

Keeping in line with our vision of achieving the optimum quality standards in whatever we do, we have dedicated lab and quality departments which ensure that all the required parameters are met according to the customers’ needs.

To ensure that we meet our commitments, we have our own Self-Generation Prime Power Plant to supply uninterrupted power and to further reduce emissions we installed waste heat recovery boilers to supply saturated steam to the processing unit. We use subsoil water for dyeing after treatment in reverse Osmosis plants to keep our water source stable and consistent. In addition, we have a wastewater treatment plant which fulfills our environmental obligations to ensure that we are not a burden to our environment.
