Processing

Amna Industries > Processing

We started off as a small spinning and weaving division inside the Alkaram group of companies when we were first founded in 2001. We have invested in a vertical spinning mill and a state-of-the-art knitted fabric processing facility, and we are currently an independently owned business.

We now have a processing facility that can process 40 tonnes of open width and tubular knitted fabric each day. With 36,000 spindles, our spinning mills can spin yarn with a count of 6 to 80 ne. Additionally, we have 1,800 rotors that allow us to make yarn for particular terry items using a combination of fresh and recycled cotton. To serve the towel business as well, we have made an investment in five doubling machines.

We manufacture BCI and CMiA cotton yarn. Among the certifications we have are:

● Oekotex; ● ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001. ● GOTS; ● GRS.

In keeping with our mission to achieve the highest quality standards in all we do, we have specialised lab and quality departments that make sure all requirements are satisfied, regardless of the region to where the final products are being shipped.

Our wet processing section is equipped with the newest low liquor soft flow dyeing machinery, and our cutting edge finishing equipment guarantees flawless dying and a smooth, silky hand feel. We have the capacity to finish any type of fabric, including fleece, lycra, pique, and blended fibre fabric, so we can guarantee adaptability. We have realised our goal of being the most varied knitwear processing firm in southern Pakistan with the addition of these new equipment.
