State of the art Spinning Unit
We have the top European branded machines in our spinning department and have made a name for ourselves in the market as one of the top hosiery yarn manufacturing facilities. Constant upgrades ensure that we keep ourselves at the front of the pack, for example we invested in the brand new Uster lab and testing equipment and each batch of cotton and yarn undergoes a rigorous testing procedure before being introduced into the market.
State of the art Dyeing Unit
We have Thies, Canlar Mechatronic and Fong’s soft flow dyeing machines in our wet processing department while Santex slitters, dryers and felt compactor finishing line which ensures consistent dyeing and immaculately soft hand feel. To ensure versatility, we also have a 2.2 meter stenter which allows us to finish all kinds of fabric. We have recently added a brand new tubular line with E+L padder, Elteksmak dryer and a TubeTex compactor, with which we have achieved our vision of being the most diverse knits processing house of southern Pakistan.
